- How long does it take to onboard a school?
- Most schools are fully set up within a single afternoon — your students and classes can be imported in bulk, and the rest of the team can be added via email invite.
- Can I try Taarifa before paying?
- Yes. Every approved school starts with a welcome credit so you can send messages and explore the platform with your team before committing to a plan.
- How do M-Pesa payments work?
- Parents pay via the Daraja API, and payments are matched to invoices automatically. Your bursar sees confirmed transactions in real time on the dashboard.
